I offer once or twice-weekly sessions for adults wanting to understand themselves more fully, resolve emotional difficulties, and create more satisfying relationships.

My depth-oriented approach draws from intercultural psychodynamic training and can be open-ended or focused on specific concerns.

I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy – a form of talk therapy that increases self-understanding by exploring emotional patterns and unconscious influences that shape your thoughts, relationships, and behavior. Together, we consider how early experiences, internalized relationships, and cultural contexts contribute to current difficulties.

My approach is thoughtful, engaged, and reflective. Rather than offering quick solutions, I provide a consistent space where you can observe recurring patterns, make sense of complex feelings, and gradually develop deeper insight and change.

Having trained in intercultural work, I often support people navigating life between cultures or far from home, where questions of identity, belonging, and adaptation arise in nuanced ways.
