Do you work with both in-person and online clients?
Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Central London and online therapy to clients throughout the UK and New York State. I also work with some international clients depending on clinical and legal suitability.
How often do sessions take place?
Sessions are typically once or twice per week at a regular time and are 45 minutes long. The consistency of this format supports depth, trust, and the development of the therapeutic relationship over time.
What are your fees?
My fee structure varies depending on your location and whether sessions are held remotely or in person. We’ll discuss fees during our initial consultation, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have at that time.
Do you offer short-term therapy?
While I’m trained in open-ended psychodynamic psychotherapy, I also offer shorter-term work focused on a particular issue or life transition. This is something we can discuss together in our first meeting.
Are you licensed in both the UK and the US?
Yes—I am a registered member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) in the UK and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New York State. I also hold membership in the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists.
How do I get started?
Please contact me here. I can answer any questions you may have, and we can arrange for a free 15 minute consultation where we can determine next steps.
