My approach is grounded curiosity about the emotional patterns that shape our relationships, self-image, and inner world and the ways in which early experiences and cultural background shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of people – from those navigating high-stress careers in law, finance, and academia, to individuals going through major life transitions or struggling with relationships, identity, or meaning. Whether someone comes to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about themselves, I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgmental space where we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface.
Before moving to London, I ran a full-time private practice in Manhattan and held clinical, supervisory, and leadership roles in public hospitals and non-profit mental health settings. This breadth of experience informs my approach and makes me particularly suited to understanding some of the stresses of urban life.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and have completed extensive postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I trained at both the William Alanson White Institute in New York and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London, where I completed a PGDip in Foundations of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and, most recently, a DGDip in Intercultural Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
