I specialize in working with young professionals and individuals navigating identity, loneliness, or relationship difficulties. While my approach is primarily psychodynamic, I also draw on training in other evidence-based modalities when helpful.

Before transitioning to a remote-only practice for clients in New York State, I maintained a full-time private practice in Manhattan. Earlier in my career, I spent more than a decade working in hospital and non-profit settings across New York City, supporting individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness in both inpatient and outpatient contexts. For over five years, I also held supervisory and leadership roles, guiding multidisciplinary teams in their clinical work.
